We are a group of patients who work with the Practice to help support, develop and improve patient services. Our meeting dates are displayed on the practices Facebook group, waiting areas notices and also in the Practice Information booklets. We meet monthly at Branston and you are very welcome to join us. if you want to be just a virtual member, that is great too and we can send you information and updates via email.
We help to fill some of the gaps in services by signposting you to available support or providing services such as patient libraries, volunteer transport, befriending and support groups.
We also host talks on health related matters at the practice, such as Diabetes, support for carers, St giles Hospice, workshops on how to set up patient online and NHS Apps, Dementia friends, prostate awareness and many more. Any patient at the practice is most welcome to join these.
